Jack Gantos

Award-winning author Jack Gantos visited the SHS library on March 16th, giving lively and engaging presentations on how to turn journal writing into fiction to the 5th, 6th and 7th graders.

As the writer of the popular Joey Pigza books, the Jack Henry books as well as the Rotten Ralph series, Mr. Gantos uses his own experiences from his childhood to inspire his writing.
