Dear reader I am Nathan Kaufman. I am researching the sei whale. I hope your ready to learn about this whale. The odd sei whale has a dorsal fin that looks like a wave. This whale is big and the adults can be 39 ½ to 52 ½ feet long. The flippers are only one tenth of the body size. The sei whale has small flukes for its body. The sei never goes to the polar waters at the top and bottom of the world. The big sei whale has a low hump that narrows in to a ridge. It is called a splashguard.
