Award-Winning Author M.T. Anderson visits Shady Hill Library

 

Local childrens' author, M.T. Anderson visited the Shady Hill Library in the early part of December. He met with Grade 3 students to discuss his various books, as well as their own writing. Anderson has written several books for younger children including, Whales on Stilts, Me, All Alone at the end of the World, and The Serpent Came to Gloucester. He is also the author of several young adult novels including Feed, Thirsty and The Game of Sunken Places.

Students had the opportunity to ask questions about the books, talk about writing inspiration and share their own writing ideas.
